Hennepin Avenue United Methodist Church-Video

The Bose MA12EX loudspeakers virtually dissappear into the background. The video system was also designed to be "invisible" when not in use.

The screens were painted to match the stone block. We made oak enclosures for both of the projectors .

Put mouse over image to see the screens.

When the 105" x 140" screens are down and the projectors are turned on the video system delivers crisp bright images.

The video system was designed to allow any combination of sources to be projected or recorded. The example to the right is an image from a computer. The output from any of the robotic cameras or ant pre-recorded source can also be sent to the projectors.

To the left is one of the video projectors in use. We used a Sanyo PLC-XP200L (7000 lumens!) with a zoom lens. The long distance capability needed made these high output unit necessary. The high quality images are impressive.

On the right is the Vaddio camera controller mounted in a video rack cabinet that also houses the video monitor screens.

An adjacent rack cabinet houses the remaining video gear. Switchers, scalers, and distribution amps are among the pieces that were integrated into a comprehensive video system.

The video system uses three Vaddio Wallview 70 PTZ robotic cameras that are controlled by a Vaddio ProductionView HD Camera Switcher.

Multipe monitors, DVD recorders, two high power Sanyo projectors and two 140" retractable screens are the other major pieces in a very flexible video system.

The choir has it's own audio monitors and 42" video monitors. The sound and video that is routed to this area can be controlled independently from the signals used for the rest of the room.

This picture also shows one of the robotic cameras mounted on the wall.

The clean design and installation of these items was a product of careful design and component selection.
